This is a coating system that leverages the overwhelming curing speed, design, and durability of UV coating. It allows for adjustments in gloss levels from high-gloss UV coatings to matte UV coatings in up to 10 stages. We handle a variety of products, including conventional organic solvent-based UV resins, water-based UV resins, solvent-free UV resins, 1 kW handheld UV irradiators, and 2 kW to 8 kW self-propelled UV irradiators, and we also provide operational guidance for those starting a UV coating business.
